2. FULL SERVICING
"As with any instrument of precision, routine service - referred to as 'complete servicing' - is essential to the well-functioning of your valuable timepiece, and to maintain its value."
It is recommended that mechanical watches should undergo this complete servicing every 3 to 5 years. A routine complete maintenance or complete servicing includes the following:

Complete dismantling of watch and movement followed by careful inspection of all components.

Cleaning and repair/ replacement of worn or damaged movement parts, as needed. Should any repair of worn or damaged movement parts need to be replaced (additional charges will applies), this will be done in consultation and approval by watch owner.

Reassembly of movement, oiling of jewels, and calibration of timing mechanism.

Ultrasonic cleaning of timepiece FOC for full service job. Polishing & refinishing of case & bracelet will be on separate charge, if require by customer.

Rigorous quality control and testing for 72 hours, including timekeeping, pressure and water-resistance test to factory specifications, and visual inspection.

3 months to 1 year warranty (Terms and Conditions Applies).
For Quartz watches,
It is recommended that you should replace your battery immediately when you notice your watch is near EOL (end of life). Our services include :

Cleaning & Oiling of wheels and movable parts plus replacement of Swiss battery (inclusive). Should any repair of worn or damaged movement parts need to be replaced (additional charges will applies), this will be done in consultation and approval by watch owner.
